Block time rates apply when renter maintains a prepaid balance of $200 (or more) in his/her account. In order to continue receiving the block rate, the renter’s account must remain at the original minimum of $200. (Unused amount in the block account is fully refundable upon demand by renter). Regular rates are to be paid by all renters who do not maintain a $200 deposit on their accounts.
ALL RATES INCLUDE FUEL. - HOBBS HOUR METER RECORDS TIME.
FOR OVERNIGHT RENTALS, 3 HOUR MIN EACH 24 HOUR PERIOD.
Free unlimited use of all videos for those who have block accounts.
Students and renters must maintain currency as follows (for PIC flight privileges): Each make and model will have been flown at Memley Aviation, Inc within the past 45 days; this requirement applies to both day and night PIC privileges. Students and renters who do not meet this requirement must receive a checkout flight from a Memley Aviation-approved instructor before the next PIC flight.
**Rental requirements for G1000, Glass-panel Cessna (N12386) are as follows:
VFR: 3 hours minimum ground instruction, and 3 hours minimum flight instruction.
IFR: 2 hours additional ground instruction from above VFR instruction hours, and 3 hours additional flight instruction from above VFR instruction hours.
